Ice is like an 8 week old pup but in a 4 year old body. He is stuggling with separation anxiety and we feel he needs to be with either someone who can be with him 24/7 or with a family which already have a dog as he did come from a home where they had cats and dogs - please pass the word around about Ice and if you would like more information please let me know.
Please see below for an updated description of him.
Ice is a 4 year old male, he is black and white with a full tail. He is currently in foster kennels where he doesn't bark very much. He is both cat and child friendly, he loves long walks but doesn't like to be by himself for too long, we feel he will need to have someone with him 24/7 or possibly another dog. He might suit a couple who are around most of the time so that his separation anxiety can be worked on.
He is ok on the lead but needs his tennis ball to get his attention, so this is a definate must have for the walk. After vigerous exercise with his beloved tennis ball and a run he is settling down and going to sleep in his kennel, which is a good sign for this loving lad. He just needs someone to help him along as underneath he is an absolutely smashing dog.
